Appointment Reminders: SMS/Text Notifications
Members receive SMS/text message reminders about their In Person and Telehealth appointments at the following intervals.
- When appointment is created.
- 7 days prior to appointment (assuming sufficient buffer)
- 5 days prior to appointment (assuming sufficient buffer).
- 3 days prior to appointment (assuming sufficient buffer).
- 1 day prior to appointment (assuming sufficient buffer).
- If appointment is cancelled.
