Notes

In the bottom of the member profile menu is the "Notes" tab. This is a place to notate information about members in a HIPPA-compliant way that only other Admins or SuperAdmins can see. 

We often see the notes section used to document if an account has been closed for any reason and what the reason was (ex: is someone has passed away) or the time/date/reason of a suspension. However, this feature can also be used to notate the kind of information that one might input into an EHR/CRM software.

To create a note:

  • Tap the Notes tab.
  • Tap +Create Note.
  • Enter the contents of your note.
  • Tap Create to save.

Note: there is no way to extract note data from your CaredFor app.
