Roles

Oftentimes our clients want staff at their facility to be on the app but need to limit authorization to access specific app functions like surveys, announcements, private messages, etc. To help segment users we created "roles" inside the app with specific permissions for each role.

To help guide you in choosing which staff members should be a Super Admin, Admin, Moderator, or Contributor, use the chart below.

The team at CaredFor has the ability to assign certain permissions at an individual level. For example, if a team member who is Moderator also needs to be able to manage notes, our team can turn on that permission. If you need help with a one-off permission, contact our team at support@caredfor.com.
