Access Telehealth Transaction Logs

As an organization you will likely need to access a transaction log for reimbursement purposes related to telehealth sessions.

Access to a transaction log requires special permissions. If you are unsure if you are able to access this - please reach out to our team at support@caredfor.com.

To access the transaction logs, on the web version of your app navigate to the menu > dashboard > appointments.

Click “Download Past Appointment Attendees”. Select the date range you’d like to download.

A .csv file will be downloaded for your review.

The .csv file shows the user who attended the session, when they attended, and the type of meeting they attended.
