Appointment Reminders: Create an Appointment
To create an appointment reminder for a member we need to first identify if the member already has an account on the app and if they are not, we’ll add their information.
Navigate to menu > dashboard > appointments.
- Tap “+ New Appointment” and search for your member by name or phone number.
- If the member is already a member of the app, tap the checkbox next to their name and tap “select”. Fill in the provider information, appointment date and time, choose the corresponding timezone, and location. Tap “create”.
- If you do not find your member in the list through a name or phone number search, tap “create”. Fill in their first name, last name, phone number (email address is optional), and stream.
- Tap “create”. Fill in the provider information, appointment date and time, choose the corresponding timezone, and location. Tap “create”.
