We know that collecting information from your users is hard! CaredFor is helping to streamline that process through our survey feature. This tool allows admins to create a set of questions and prompt your members to complete them.

You can create a survey by accessing menu > surveys. Tap on  the green + New Survey button and select Create Survey from the drop down menu to create a survey. 

Once you have chosen to create a new survey you will be able to enter a survey title with a short call-to-action message below. 

The Insert First Name button can be used to make the survey more personal and direct for your users by automatically generating the users name into the survey. Any user will see their first name anywhere you see the code ‘%first_name%’ within the survey title or body.
