Your patients, alumni and family members can join a telehealth session via their mobile app.

Users can join a telehealth session, by navigating to the menu > appointments > join meeting.

Users will enter a virtual “waiting room” until the provider “admits” them to the telehealth session. This allows the provider the space to wrap up any previous telehealth sessions prior to beginning the present session.

Once the user is admitted to the session, they will be able to see and hear the provider to begin the session.
