Reset A Member's Password

Only super-admins for your app have the ability to reset someone's password.

Menu > Dashboard > Members

From the Members page, use the search bar to find the member whose password you need to reset.

  • Tap the member's name.
  • Tap Change Password.
  • Enter a new password, then enter the same password in the Confirm Password box.
  • Tap Save.

You can now direct the member to login using the password you've provided.
