Join a Telehealth Session

You can access all of your telehealth appointments by either going to the For You page or the main menu > appointments. Locate the correct appointment, then tap "Join Now".

You will enter a virtual "waiting room" until your provider admits you to the session.

Once you are admitted, you'll be able to see and hear the provider to begin the session. Use the control icons at the bottom of the screen to turn on/off your audio and video.
