Troubleshooting Your Zoom Audio
You can join telehealth appointments or virtual events directly from your mobile app. If you experience any audio issues after joining, try these troubleshooting steps.
If you can't hear other participants:
- Make sure the speaker icon in the top left corner is turned on. If it is off, tap the icon to turn your speaker on.
If other participants can't hear you:
- Make sure the microphone icon in the bottom left corner is un-muted. If it is muted, tap to un-mute. Note: For some virtual events, the host may have you muted upon entering. Tap the "Raise Hand" icon or send a chat message to ask to be unmuted.
- Make sure you connected your audio properly. You'll see an audio pop up related to Zoom when you first join the call, be sure to choose "call using internet audio".
