Troubleshooting Your Zoom Audio
You can join telehealth appointments or virtual events directly from your mobile app. If you experience any audio issues after joining, try these troubleshooting steps.
If you can't hear other participants:
- Make sure the speaker icon in the top left corner is turned on. If it is off, tap the icon to turn your speaker on.
If other participants can't hear you:
- Tap "Join Audio" in the bottom left hand corner.
- Then tap "Call using Internet Audio".
- You'll initially be muted but you can unmute yourself by tapping "unmute".
Note: For some virtual events, the host may have you muted upon entering. Tap the "More" option and then "Raise Hand" icon or send a chat message to ask to be unmuted.
