Begin a Telehealth Session as a Provider

As the host, you can start a Telehealth appointment directly from the Dashboard>Appointments list. Use the drop down menu on the appointment list item to "Start Zoom Meeting".

On web, a new tab will open prompting you to launch the Zoom app.

On mobile, Zoom will open directly in the app.

Depending on your Zoom account settings, you may need to start the meeting before an attendee can join and/or admit attendees from the waiting room. Zoom account settings can be updated by logging into your account at Zoom.us.
