Join a Telehealth Session as an App User

Your members can join a telehealth session via their mobile app.

Members can join a telehealth session, by navigating to the menu > appointments > join meeting or directly from their For You page.

Members will enter a virtual “waiting room” until the provider “admits” them to the telehealth session. This allows the provider the space to wrap up any previous telehealth sessions prior to beginning the present session.

Once the member is admitted to the session, they will be able to see and hear the provider to begin the session.
