Using the Gratitude Journal

The app includes a gratitude journal that you can use either privately or publicly. Practicing an attitude of gratitude is an important part of recovery and can help build resilience.

Go to Menu > My Wellness

  • If it is not already open, select Gratitude Journal to start a new entry.
  • Begin typing what you're grateful for, or tap one of the pre-built intros to get started.
  • Tap the camera icon to add a picture to your post.
  • Tap the eye icon to toggle between posting publicly or privately. 
    • If tracked publicly, your gratitude post will be shared in the Community stream for other members to see. 
    • If tracked privately, it will be only be visible to you here on the History tab. 
  • Tap Post Now.
