Send a Private Message to an Admin

The app provides a HIPAA-compliant private messaging platform so you reach out to administrators. To start a new message:

• Tap the paper airplane icon in the top right. 
• Tap New Message.
• Search for the facility administrator you're trying to contact, and select their name from the list. 
• Tap Start.

Private messages can only be sent to facility administrators, not other app members.
