Edit a Care Journey

Admins and Super Admins are able to edit any Care Journey in the app, regardless of which admin originally created it. When the Care Journey is in a draft state or has been published but not yet sent to any members, everything in the journey can be edited. Once a journey has been sent to at least one member, certain fields can no longer be edited. Those items are outlined below. 

To edit an existing Care Journey:

  • Navigate to Menu > Dashboard > Toggle Admin Menu (mobile only) > Care Journeys, then locate the journey in the list and tap the title.
  • To edit the main structure of the journey, tap the gear icon in the top right corner. This will give you access to edit:
    • Care Journey Title (cannot be edited after journey is sent)
    • Introduction
    • Cover Photo
    • Date of Reference (cannot be edited after journey is sent)
    • Auto-Subscribe Trigger
    • Allow Self-Pace
  • To edit steps, tap Steps on the left then tap the step you want to edit. This will give you access to edit:
    • Add a Step (cannot be edited after journey is sent)
    • Step Title
    • Introduction
    • Cadence (cannot be edited after journey is sent)
    • Edit Tasks 
    • Delete Tasks (cannot be edited after journey is sent)
  • To edit a task, first tap into the appropriate step then tap the down arrow next to the task and select Edit. This will give you access to edit:
    • Task Type (cannot be edited after journey sent)
    • Task Title
    • Description
    • CTA (cannot be edited after journey sent)
