Registering for the App
You'll first need to download the app on you mobile device. If you received an invitation, it will contain a link to download the app, or you can search the app store for your facility name.
If you received an invitation:
- Open the app and tap Get Started.
- Tap Claim an Invitation.
- Enter your invitation code. This code is provided to you in the email or text message invitation you initially received.
- If you cannot find your invitation, tap Look up your invitation. Enter the email or phone number where you originally received the invitation. A new code will be sent to you.
Note: For security purposes, the verification codes expire after 24 hours. If your code has expired, tap Look up your invitation to request a new one.
- If you cannot find your invitation, tap Look up your invitation. Enter the email or phone number where you originally received the invitation. A new code will be sent to you.
- Select at least 1 intention for joining the app community.
- Confirm your team assignment. This information is pre-filled from your invitation, but you can edit it if necessary.
- Fill in your profile information.
- Now you're ready to start exploring the app!
If you did not receive an invitation:
- Open the app and tap Get Started.
- Tap Request Access.
- Select at least 1 intention for joining the app community.
- Select the team you wish to join.
- Fill in your profile information.
- You'll now see a screen saying a verification code has been emailed to you. Enter that code. Be sure to check your junk folders if you don't see the message in your main inbox.
- Your request to join must be approved by a facility administrator. You will see a Pending Review screen until your account has been approved.
