Registering for the App

You'll first need to download the app on you mobile device. If you received an invitation, it will contain a link to download the app, or you can search the app store for your facility name. 

If you received an invitation

  • Once you have downloaded the app, click the link provided in the invitation to open the app.
  • Tap Get Started
  • Confirm Your Invitation will open with your unique invitation code from the email or text message pre-populated.
  • Tap Continue.. 
    • If you encounter an error, your code may no longer be valid. In that case, tap Look up your invitation. Enter the email or phone number where you originally received the invitation. A new code will be sent to you.

Note: For security purposes, the verification codes expire after 8 days. If your code has expired, tap Look up your invitation to request a new one

  • If prompted, select at least 1 response to What Brings You Here?
  • Select at least 1 intention for joining the app community. 
  • Confirm your team assignment. 
  • Fill in your profile information.
  • Now you're ready to start exploring the app!

If you did not receive an invitation: 

  • Open the app and tap Get Started.
  • If prompted, enter your facility code. 

Note: If you do not have a facility code, you may contact your facility or CaredFor support to obtain one.

  • Tap Request Access
  • If prompted, select at least 1 response to What Brings You Here?
  • Select at least 1 intention for joining the app community. 
  • If you have been assigned a team, confirm your team assignment. If not, select the team you wish to join.
  • Fill in your profile information.
  • You'll now see a screen saying a verification code has been emailed to you. Enter that code. Be sure to check your junk folders if you don't see the message in your main inbox. 
  • Note: For security purposes, the verification codes expire after 24 hours. If your code has expired, tap  Resend verification email to request a new one

  • Your request to join must be approved by a facility administrator. You will see a Pending Review screen until your account has been approved.
