Completing a Check-In
Check-ins get assigned to members by Admins and Super Admins at their facility.
When a check-in gets assigned, the member will receive a prompt that they have an upcoming check-in at the top of their For You page beginning 1 hour prior to the check-in start time.
To complete an assigned check-in, the member is required to provide their current location and a current photo.
Once the check-in opens, the Check In Now button will become enabled on the prompt.
The prompt to complete an assigned check-in will only display on the mobile app. Completion of a check-in is NOT supported on the web experience. If the member is assigned a check-in and logs into the app on web they will not see the prompt to check-in.
To complete the check-in, select Check In Now.
If the member has already enabled location services on their device and allowed access to their camera for the app, the Check-In page will display their last known location on a map and they will be prompted to attach a photo.
If the member has not enabled location services or allowed access to their camera for the app they may see one of two warnings on the check-in page.
The submit button will remain disabled until a location and a photo have been provided.
To proceed with the check-in, they will need to update their app settings on their device and refresh this page.
Once both the location and the photo are captured, the member can submit their check-in.
