November 2024 Release Notes
Announcements
Admins now have the ability to send both high priority and low priority announcements through the app. With this release, Announcements will no longer go out as private messages, but rather have their own function in the app.
High priority announcements will send a push notification to members and will show up in the app as a pop up modal when they first open the app. Members must acknowledge the announcement before continuing to use the app. High priority announcements can include images, and admins may attach an event to a high priority announcement.
Low priority announcements will send a push notification to members and will show up on the For You page in the app.
Members can now view previous announcements via the main app menu.
Tagging
Members can now tag other members in posts and comments. Members will receive a notification when they are tagged in posts and comments.
Posts in the stream can now be linked to a category tag. Members can choose a category from a predefined list, and the topic will be displayed on the post in the stream. Members can click the topic on the post to see all posts linked to that category.
Content / Explore
Members may now search for resources in the Explore section of the app. Searching will return related results based on title and article content. For example, if a member searches for "Sleep", any resource that has "sleep" in the title or article body will be returned.
Data & Reporting
Admins can now view more detailed engagement stats for individual members from a member's profile. By clicking on Engagement Stats from the profile, admins will now see:
Session Frequency: How often a member is logging into the app
Community Engagement Frequency: How often a member is posting, commenting, or reacting to posts in the community stream
Wellness Tracker Frequency: How often a member is making entries on their Wellness Tracker
Wellness Tracker
A new Cravings Tracker has been added to the Wellness Tracker feature. This tracker is disabled by default but can be enabled on a team-by-team basis. Members can now track their level of cravings throughout the day, and log what they were doing, who they were with, where they were, etc when they had those cravings. Similar to mood, admins will be notified with concerning scores and can see trends over time.
When reviewing concerning Wellness Tracker entries, Admins will now be presented with suggested actions, such as sending a private message or a Care Journey, and can mark the entry as "reviewed", removing it from the list of entries needed to be reviewed.
Admins can now interact with the charts on the Wellness Tracker dashboard. Clicking a bar in the chart will filter the history list to show you the members who submitted responses that month.
Members will now see a disclaimer that Wellness Tracker entries may be seen by admins.
Care Journeys
Various minor improvements were made to Care Journeys. When sending a Care Journey to a team, Admins can now choose to send it only to members of that team who have not previously received the Care Journey.
Care Journeys can now also be triggered to send by completing another Care Journey. When viewing a Care Journey, click on “Configure” on the left-hand column of Quick Links and this will open the Care Journey settings. Scroll down to “auto-subscribe trigger” and you can now choose “Completed a Care Journey” as a trigger option. You can then choose which team to apply this setting to and then choose which Care Journey(s) this applies to – one or multiple Care Journeys may be chosen as a trigger.
Security
Going forward, all Admins and Super Admins will automatically be assigned the Contingency Management permissions instead of having to assign them manually. This applies to all facilities with the Contingency Management feature enabled.
To learn more about this feature and to have it enabled in your app at no additional cost, please contact your Client Success Manager, Natasha Lisbey, at nlisbey@continuumcloud.com.
