July 2024 Release Notes

Binary Update

We have made recent upgrades to some of the technology supporting the CaredFor application.

In order to receive this update on iOS devices, all account owners MUST ensure the Apple Developer Account for their organization is up to date with agreements and memberships.

Contingency Management

This release introduces several significant enhancements to the Contingency Management system:

1. The CM feature now includes Member Levels. To start, there are five levels: Newcomer (300 points), Explorer (900 points), Creator (1800 points), Superstar (3000 points) and Hero (4500 points). Member levels will be indicated by a badge displayed next to their name on posts and comments as well as on their member profile. This system is designed to encourage positive behaviors within the app.

2. Members now will be notified in real time when they complete an action that earns at least 20 points.

3. Points and actions have been updated to better reflect the primary goals of the app. Members can now earn points for completing Care Journeys and making referrals.

4. Admins and Super Admins can now add a monetary value for physical prizes. Doing so will allow a report to be created to help determine the actual cost of CM within a program.

5. Admins and Super Admins now have the ability to mark physical prizes as fulfilled. The system will show who fulfilled the prize and when.

6. The CM transactions report will now include the phone number of members who won physical prizes.

Contingency Management Dashboard

As part of a focus on reporting and data visualization, we have updated the Contingency Management dashboard page:

1. The CM dashboard page now features these quick-glance metrics: Total number of transactions, number of active members who have made a transaction, and current number of unfulfilled physical prizes.

2. A new chart shows the total number of transactions by month over the last six months, as well as a break down of how many of those transactions were physical versus virtual rewards.

3. The history now indicates which transactions were physical rewards, virtual rewards, and instant win transactions.

Care Journey Dashboard

As part of a focus on reporting and data visualization, we have updated the detail/history page for a Care Journey:

1. The detail/history page for a Care Journey now features quick glance metrics: Total subscriptions, percentage of subscribed members who have started the Care Journey, and completion percentage of members that started the Care Journey.

2. A new chart shows the percentage of subscribed members who have started, as well as who have completed, each step of the Care Journey. This will help admins determine if the Care Journey length is appropriate, or if a specific step is causing members to get stuck.

3. The history list now shows a progress bar for each member at a quick glance.

Referral Tracking

Improved reporting now shows both age level (over or under the age of 18) and knowledge of referral status (aware or unaware that they are being referred).
