July 2025 Release Notes

Sentiment Analysis (NEW) 

CaredFor has made significant progress towards a new AI-powered sentiment analysis feature. The feature will officially launch in early 2026, but we are currently beta testing a prototype with select customers. If you wish to be in the beta testing group, please email Natasha. Beta testing spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. 

Private Messages 

Admins and Super Admins can now send a private message to all members at one time using the new "Message All Members" function in private messages. This reinstates the same functionality that previously existed for announcements, which was removed at the launch of the new announcements feature. 

Content 

Admins will now be able to search, sort, and filter content within the admin dashboard. Searching for a keyword searches the title and article fields and will return results ordered by the strongest match. Content is able to be sorted by title, total views, views in the last 14 days, shares, and date created. Content can also be filtered by team. 

Member Management 

Admins can now sort members by account creation date in ascending or descending order, allowing them to quickly see which users most recently joined the app. 

Events 

• Admins can now set an event to recur on a specific day each month. For example, an Admin could specify that an event repeats on the 2nd Monday of each month. 
• Members who responded "Going" or "Interested" to a virtual event will now get an event reminder notification 15 minutes before the event starts. 

Wellness Tracker 

The Daily Summary item in the dashboard for Wellness Trackers that need attention has been improved to show you exactly which trackers needed attention. Rather than making Admins choose between Mood and Cravings when clicking on the item, it will now take you to a unified page to show all trackers that need attention. 

Onboarding 

The "Get Started" button has been changed to "Create Account" to avoid confusion. Minor design improvements were made as well. 

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed a bug where individual permissions were not populating on the Account and Permissions page once they were added.  

• Fixed a bug preventing Admins from seeing the Zoom video from iOS users.  

• Fixed a bug where newly created surveys could show a score of zero instead of displaying no score at all.
