January 2026 Release Notes

Member Registration and Data Enhancements

  • An optional “Associated Family Member” field was added to the registration page to help admins clearly identify which patient/alumni a family member is associated with. This field is configurable and OFF by default and will not be shown unless turned on. If you’d like the field turned on, please contact your CSM.

Assessments

  • Improved the Assessments dashboard page to be visually aligned with other sections of the app.
  • Added search and filtering to the Assessments page so that admins can search responses by member and filter by date, status, and team.
  • A new Assignment History page was added to the Assessments dashboard. From this page, admins can see when an assessment was assigned and to which members or teams.

Referrals Improvements

  • Admins can now mark a referral as “admitted” to help keep track of referrals that converted into patients.
  • Admins can filter the referral list by admitted status, and the admitted status will be included in the Referrals report.

UI & UX Improvements

Improved readability on Care Journey steps by increasing font size for descriptions and calls to action.

The list of available reports is now sorted alphabetically, making it faster for admins to generate the reports they need.

Bug Fixes

The emails notifying admins that a report has been generated now correctly links to the report page in the app.

Fixed an issue where searching for a conversation was not returning the correct results.

Fixed a logic issue in the Activity Report where the Active Users metric now includes all users who were part of the team during the selected period, and users who logged in at least once during that period.

New App Content Tracks to Personalize Your App Content

We’re excited to share an update to your content subscription experience that gives you more ways to personalize your facility’s patient engagement experience!

In addition to our broader mental and behavioral health content, we are now introducing Content Tracks - focused articles designed to support specific needs and recovery journeys. Our first new tracks include:

  • Alcohol & Substance Use - evidence-based articles focused on awareness, recovery tools, coping strategies, and long-term behavior change
  • 12-Step - supportive articles designed to complement 12-step principles, language, and daily practices

These tracks are designed to provide more personalized, relevant support for your specific program needs.

What are your options?

  • Switch your current subscription to one of the new content tracks
  • Add a content track alongside your existing general mental health content for a more tailored experience

If you’re interested in switching or adding a track, please reach out to us and we’re happy to help you find the right fit.
