Tagging Members and Topics

Members can now tag other members in posts and comments to get their attention and continue the conversation.

1. When creating a post or comment in the Connect tab, click the [+ person] icon.
2. Search for the member by name.
3. To help you identify the right person, you’ll see each member’s display name and the date they joined the app.
4. Select one or more members to tag them in your post or comment.

Tagged members receive both a push notification and an in-app notification.

Posts in the stream can now be linked to a category tag, making it easier for members with shared interests to connect. Each post can be assigned one category from a predefined list. The selected category is displayed directly on the post in the stream, making it easy to identify the topic at a glance. Members can click the category to view all posts associated with that topic, or use the category filter to browse related discussions and connect with others who share similar interests.

1. When creating a new post, click the [+ star] icon.
2. Select a category from the list.
3. Click Share.
