February 2026 Release Notes

Introducing AI Sentiment Analysis (Alpha Release)

We’re excited to introduce AI Sentiment Analysis, now available in Alpha. This powerful new capability helps your team proactively identify risk and strengthen support across your digital community.

AI Sentiment Analysis continuously monitors user-generated content—including private messages, community posts and comments, survey responses, Wellness Tracker check-ins, and more. Each entry is analyzed for overall sentiment and screened for risk indicators such as self-harm or suicide ideation, substance use, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, and bullying.

Admins can review all scored content directly from the dashboard, making it easy to prioritize outreach and intervention. The Daily Summary now includes a count of items requiring review, and real-time notifications are sent for critical scores that may need immediate attention.

As this feature is currently in Alpha, we’re partnering closely with select organizations to gather feedback and refine the experience. If you’re interested in joining the Alpha program, please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Updates

  • Made the Street Address field optional when completing your profile. The City and State fields will still be required.
  • Updated Welligent integration so that all assessment responses will automatically be attached to the patient record in Welligent as a PDF.
  • Added the ability when publishing a survey/assessment to a team to only send to members of the team that have not previously received it.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where downloaded assessment responses was ignoring the facility filter.
  • Fixed a bug where event notifications could display the wrong count of upcoming events.
  • Fixed a bug where the action button in the Report Generated notification would open the wrong page.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Community Guidelines alert dialog to open twice for new members or when the guidelines have been updated.
  • Fixed a bug that caused inconsistent search results when searching appointments.

New App Content Tracks

We’re excited to share an update to your content subscription experience that gives you more ways to personalize your facility’s patient engagement experience!

In addition to our broader mental and behavioral health content, we are now introducing Content Tracks - focused articles designed to support specific needs and recovery journeys. Our first new tracks include:

  • Alcohol & Substance Use - evidence-based articles focused on awareness, recovery tools, coping strategies, and long-term behavior change.
  • 12-Step - supportive articles designed to complement 12-step principles, language, and daily practices

These tracks are designed to provide more personalized, relevant support for your specific program needs.

What are your options?

  • Switch your current subscription to one of the new content tracks.
  • Add a content track alongside your existing general mental health content for a more tailored experience.
