NEW 

E-Signatures: Forms can now be configured to require a signature. Members can sign forms directly from within the app using their finger (mobile) or mouse (desktop). 

Updates 

  • [Sentiment Analysis] Added charts tracking population sentiment over time.  
  • [Sentiment Analysis] An informational modal was added explaining how to interpret sentiment scores.  
  • [Sentiment Analysis] Updated critical alerts for private messages so that only Admins in the conversation receive the alert. 
  • Users who do not have required profile fields completed will now be prompted to complete them when they open the app. This could occur by manually registering members, or with members who created their accounts before the fields were marked to be required.  
  • Suggested Actions (“Mark as Reviewed”, “Message Member”, etc) for Admins have been reworked to unify the experience across the app. You’ll notice the changes on the Community Moderation and Wellness Tracker dashboard pages. 
  • Admins can now search for members by the names of listed associated family members. 
  • Accepted referrals can now be marked as “Admitted”. 
  • The Admin Engagement Report now indicates how many member accounts were manually created by admins. 
  • The text for the Facility Reviews prompt has been updated to a more clear message indicating that the member is leaving a review for the facility, not the app itself. 

Bug Fixes 

[Measurement-Based Care] Fixed a bug where filters were not being applied to individual assessment responses.  

Fixed a bug where Contingency Management data was missing from the User Data Export.  

Fixed a bug where the counts of surveys/assessments sent to team members could be inaccurate. 

New App Content Tracks  

We’re excited to share an update to your content subscription experience that gives you more ways to personalize your facility’s patient engagement experience! 

In addition to our broader mental and behavioral health content, we are now introducing Content Tracks - focused articles designed to support specific needs and recovery journeys. Our first new tracks include: 

  • Alcohol & Substance Use - evidence-based articles focused on awareness, recovery tools, coping strategies, and long-term behavior change. 
  • 12-Step - supportive articles designed to complement 12-step principles, language, and daily practices 

These tracks are designed to provide more personalized, relevant support for your specific program needs. 

What are your options? 

  • Switch your current subscription to one of the new content tracks. 
  • Add a content track alongside your existing general mental health content for a more tailored experience.
