Testing Telehealth Appointments

Before implementing telehealth appointments with app users, be sure you have reviewed all training materials about use of the feature and complete at least one test telehealth appointment.

To create a test telehealth appointment, choose a fellow staff member who is a member of the app who can help you test the feature.

• Create a telehealth appointment with the selected staff member as the "patient". 
• Begin the telehealth appointment with the selected staff member. 
• Test audio and video capabilities to be sure you are familiar with the controls available inside of Zoom.
