Creating Helpful Tips

The Helpful Tips section allows you to display commonly asked questions and responses. This list can be targeted towards teams (alumni, family, patients) and updated as you wish.

To add an entry go to Menu > Dashboard > Content and tap the green + New Entry button. From the drop down select the Helpful Tips option

You will then be brought to this page:

  • Title - Insert the question you are wanting to answer here.
  • Say Something... - This will be the answer.
  • Media - Tap the camera or link icons to add media (optional).
  • Post Date/Time - Select the time and date you wish to post this inspiration.
  • Publish to - Everyone in the team that you select will see this post.
